아페솔 입상 유황은 살포후 토양환경이 최적일 경우 7일이내에 16%, 4주이내에 71%는 식물이 이용할 수 있는 환산염(SO4)형태로 바뀐다.
식물의 성장과 미량원소 흡수를 저해하는 알칼리성 염류를 증화시킨다.
토양구조를 개선하여 나트륨염과 같은 각종 염류를 용탈시켜주며, 토양에 존재하는 각종 천연미네랄과 칼슘염을 용해시키고 이렇게 생성된 칼슘염은 나트륨염과 치환되어 나트륨염을 감소시킨다.
